SQLabs reserves the right to revoke the license and cancel the license key(s) of any user who SQLabs determines is in violation of this agreement. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer or modify any part of cubeSQL. You are not authorized to use cubeSQL for any other purpose.
Cannot use sqlitemanager license key#
If you are using a Developer Edition license key you are entitled to use cubeSQL only for evaluation, development and testing. If you would like to use cubeSQL for commercial purposes you must first upgrade from an academic license to a commercial license. If you are using an academic license key you are restricted from using cubeSQL for any revenue-generating activity, such as selling the software you create. If you are not bundling cubeSQL with your own product you may transfer your cubeSQL license to another person only after receiving written authorization from SQLabs and only if the recipient agrees in writing to the terms of this agreement. You are expressly prohibited from distributing a single key to multiple users unless you have a unlimited deployment license agreement with SQLabs. If you are bundling cubeSQL with your own product you agree to distribute a unique cubeSQL license key to each of your users or customers. If you are bundling cubeSQL with your own product you must include this license agreement as a text file in the same directory as the cubeSQL executable and you must require your customers to agree to this license before they are allowed to use cubeSQL. You may not use your cubeSQL license key to run cubeSQL on more than one operating system at a time or on more than one instance of an operating system at one time.
Cannot use sqlitemanager install#
You may not install multiple instances of cubeSQL for use with one cubeSQL license key. You are entitled to install your cubeSQL license key and run one instance of cubeSQL on one operating system on one computer at a time. SQLabs srl of Viadana, Italy is the developer and sole owner of all intellectual property rights including copyright of this product which is licensed -not sold- to you on a non-exclusive basis.
You may install your license key on one operating system on one computer.Unlike many other database servers, the cubeSQL license is very clear and easily understood.
